Hansley

Patricia Tegeler “Patti” Hansley, 72, of Colonial Beach passed away peacefully at her residence on Saturday, February 28, 2026. She was a retired contracting specialist for the United States Navy.

Patti was a member of St. Elizabeth’s Catholic Church. She was actively involved in the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Callao Moose Lodge #917, American Legion #148, VFW Post #10574 and the Colonial Beach Museum.

She was preceded in death by a son, Eric Hansley.

Patti is survived by her devoted and loving husband, John R. Hansley; son David Hansley, of Colonial Beach; their granddaughter, Erica Hansley, the apple of her eye; three sisters, Joyce Traub of Effingham, IL , Ruth Fowler and Donna Spychalski, both of Phoenix, AZ; and two brothers, Mike Tegeler and Phil Tegeler. both of Effingham, IL.
