School is out, and summer meals are in!

The Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Neck is participating in the USDA Summer Food Service Program to help ensure children continue to have access to nutritious food during the summer months.

The program will operate June 8 through July 24 at the following Boys & Girls Club summer sites: Lancaster County, Westmoreland County, Northumberland County, and Richmond County.

Breakfast and lunch will be available to all children. Meals will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, and children must remain onsite while eating.

The USDA Summer Nutrition Programs for Kids is designed to reduce food insecurity and support the health and well-being of children during school breaks.
