France Marie Nicole Forest, 71, of Florida, was arrested for felony obtain money/etc. by false pretenses; indictments for felony receiving/buying stolen goods, felony conspiracy to aid/abet larceny over $500, felony grand larceny and obtain money by false pretenses; and a warrant of extradition from Rhode Island for obtaining money under false pretenses and laundering monetary instruments.

Roy Dallas Smith, Jr., 61, of Montross, was arrested for assault on a family member.
