There are others, of course and if you would like other names to be included, please call me. It is great (as always) seeing some of the sick, improving greatly and out. One called to thank everyone for keeping her in prayer. Please keep one another lifted in prayer and stay safe. Call and encourage those individuals and others. They desire your calls, your cards, and your visits . . . but, above all, they need our prayers. Please be extra cautious with the many health issues that we are faced with. We ALL need prayer.

A service in celebration of the life of Michael “Mike” Richards will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Little Zion Baptist Church, Oak Grove, Virginia at 1 p.m. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 17, 2026, in the chapel of Weldon-Fisher Funeral Home from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. and on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Little Zion Baptist Church beginning at 12 noon until the start of service.

Funeral service for Deacon Samuel E. Dean will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Jerusalem Baptist Church, at 12 noon. Family and friend’s visitation will be held on Friday, April 24, 2026, in the chapel of Weldon-Fisher Funeral Home from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 25, at Jerusalem Baptist Church beginning at 11 a.m. until the start of service.
