A 45-year-old Heathsville man was charged with being drunk in public.

4-09-2026:

Jaqulyn Deana Waltman, a 43-year-old Callao woman was charged with three counts of taking/obtaining credit cards, all felonies. She was also charged with two counts of petit larceny.

4-10-2026:

Jason Owen Denton, Sr., a 42-year-old Callao man, was charged with possession of a firearm by a violent felon and possession of ammunition by a convicted felon.

4-15-2026:

A 37-year-old Hague man was charged with three counts of assault and battery. He was also charged with criminal trespassing and damaging property at the Callao Apartments.

A 39-year-old Heathsville man was charged with damaging property. He was arrested by the Virginia Beach Sheriff’s Office.

4-16-2026:

Robert Norris Bibbens, a 42-year-old Hague man, was charged on a Capias to Show Cause issued from the Northumberland County Circuit Court for showing why his suspended sentence should not be revoked. His original charge was felony grand larceny.

4-18-2026:

Charles Lewis Elmore, a 49-year-old Warsaw man, was charged with a Capias to Show Cause issued by the Northumberland County Circuit Court for showing why his suspended sentence should not be revoked. His original charge was distribution of a controlled substance.

4-20-2026:

Christopher Newton Lewis, a 51 -year-old Warsaw man, was charged with two counts of failing to perform construction after being given an advance.

4-22-2026:

A 25-year-old Callao woman was charged for assault and battery of a family member.

A 55-year-old Heathsville man was charged with assault and battery of a member.

A 48-year-old Callao man was charged on a Capias/ Attachment of the Body issued by the Richmond City Juvenile and Domestic Court for failing to pay his child support.

4-23-2026:

Amber Ternmen, a 36-year-old Heathsville woman, was charged with felony grand larceny.

Dillion Lee Clarkson, a 34-year-old Heathsville man, was charged with felony grand larceny.
