A 55-year-old Tappahannock man was charged with a capias/attachment of the body issued by the Northumberland County General District Court for failing to appear in court. This paper was served by the Tappahannock Police Department.

A 30-year-old Callao man was charged with violating a protective order.

3-19-2026:

A 56-year-old Heathsville woman was charged with issuing a bad check. This was a Richmond County warrant served by the Northumberland County Sheriff’s Office.

A 25-year-old Virginia Beach woman was charged with failing to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended. This was a Newport News warrant served by the Northumberland County Sheriff’s Office.

A 38-year-old Callao man was charged with damaging property.

3-27-2026:

A 27-year-old Hague man was charged with assault and battery of a family member. This was a Northumberland County warrant served by the Westmoreland County Sheriff’s Office.

A 45-year-old Lottsburg man was charged with a capias/attachment of the body issued by the Northumberland County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court. He was also served a summons for playing loud music.

4-02-2026:

Desmond Brice O’Neal Wiggins, a 20-year-old Lottsburg man, was charged with two felony counts of selling/distributing a controlled substance, namely a Schedule I or II drug.
