New Monrovia Road Added to Rural Rustic Roads
In August, the Westmoreland Board of Supervisors quietly voted during their regular meeting in favor of adding Rt. 632, New Monrovia Road, to VDOT’s Rural Rustic Roads program.
Irvington Road Concerns Remain on the Radar
Traffic issues on Irvington Rd near the new Lancaster High School are still in focus. VDOT Resident Engineer David Beale told the Board of Supervisors the department has a meeting scheduled with Lancaster Public Schools and “others” this week to determine what changes need to be made.
