Located next to the Chandler’s Mill Pond, both the old American Legion Post and the neighboring park of Hurt Field are familiar sights to those regularly traveling that stretch of Route 3. Last week, Westmoreland County Administrator Donna Cogswell revealed Montross Post 252 Lodge was set to gift both to the County.
