The Northern Neck–Middlesex Free Health Clinic (NNMFHC) offers dental services that not only greatly ben‑efit the community but also support those pursuing dental careers—an impact recently highlighted during a visit from leaders of the VCU School of Dentistry.

This summer First Baptist Church in Colonial Beach extended a help‑ing hand to those in need. Reverend Dr. David Cunningham and others have been getting together to give away locally sourced produce to those struggling to keep meals on the table.
