Jason Todd Cook, 52, currently being held at NNRJ, was served with an indictment for felony assault, attempted second-degree murder, felony abduction by force, damage to property, and damaging a phone line to prevent summoning law enforcement.

Michele Booth Cummings, 65, of Chesapeake Beach, Maryland, was arrested for DWI, 1st offense.

March 17

Dakaun Anthony Chase, 27, of Montross, was arrested on a warrant from Spotsylvania for failure to appear.

Ronald Wayne Hawley, Jr., 37, was arrested for seven counts of violating release/ pretrial conditions, a capias for failure to report to pretrial services since release, and a capias for failure to appear. He was also served with a capias from Spotsylvania for contempt of court.

Telley Andrew Lee, 44, of Kinsale, was arrested for assault on a family member.

Misty Ann Rowe, 28, of Colonial Beach, was arrested for felony possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.

Brennan Jessie King, 28, of Warsaw, was arrested on a warrant from Stafford for felony grand larceny/auto theft.

Stephanie Sheree Garner, 41, of Hague, was arrested for public intoxication.

Valerie Denise Reynolds, 32, of Champlain, was arrested for felony possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance and public intoxication.

Anthony Walter Robinson, 67, of Warsaw, was arrested for felony possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.

Michael Allen Keiter, 63, of Colonial Beach, was arrested for pointing/brandishing a firearm and assault on a family member.
