John James Makowelski, a 51-year-old Champlain man, was charged with a Capias issued from the Northumberland County Circuit Court on original charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and destruction of property more than $1,000. He was arrested by the Tappahannock Police Department.

A 59-year-old Callao woman was charged with two counts of criminal trespassing and interfering with another’s property rights. She was also charged with peeping or spying in the dwelling of another and property damage. These were Westmoreland County warrants served by Northumberland County Sheriff’s Office.
