Mitchell Lamont Kelly, Sr., 45, of Kinsale, was arrested on two counts of failure to appear, threatening an illegal/ immoral act over the phone, and assault on a family member.

February 22

Herbert Wade Carden, III, 26, of New Jersey, was arrested for DWI, second offense within five years.

February 23

Isam Farhat, 64, of Colonial Beach, was served with a warrant for assault.

Mark Anthony Thompson, 48, currently incarcerated at NNRJ, was served with indictments for felony rape (intercourse by force, threat, or intimidation), felony burglary (entering a house with intent to murder, rape, etc.), felony abduction (with intent to defile), and felony sodomy (by force or against a helpless victim).

Quentin Marquis Garner, 45, of Hague, was arrested for assault and battery.

Casey Jean Lambert, 42, of Hague, was arrested for DWI, first offense.

February 25

William Bland Thomas, 50, of Warsaw, was arrested for felony breaking and entering of an occupied house to commit certain misdemeanors.

Nikesha Amelia Roy, 37, of Montross, was arrested on a capias for felony probation violation from Fredericksburg.

Devin Cohenour, 32, of Montross, was arrested for assault.
