March 20:

Isam Farhat, 64, of Colonial Beach, was arrested for felony possession of a firearm by a non-violent felon.

Jamal La’Vonte Carey, 36, of Montross, was arrested for violation of a protective order.

Dylan Charles Speiser, 30, of Spotsylvania, was arrested on a capias for felony probation violation.

Joseph Mario Romano, 45, of Winchester, was arrested for violation of a protective order.

March 23:

Charles Michael Rodgers, 47, of Maryland, was arrested on a warrant of extradition from Montgomery, Maryland.

March 24:

Kevin Almonzo Miles, 45, currently housed at NNRJ, was served with a capias for felony probation violation.

March 26:

Seth Craig Nester, 33, of Richmond, was arrested on a warrant from Chesterfield for assault and battery on a family member.

Matthew Ryan Nunnally, 34, of Sutherland, was arrested on 14 charges of violating release/pretrial conditions.
