Christmas from the library
the Richmond County Public Library delivered 1,086 books (and 1,086 candy canes) to Richmond County Elementary School and Intermediate School and to the Mackey-Thompson Early Learning Center so that each child at those schools could choose an age-appropriate book to take home for Christmas. Books were selected and prepared by RCC/Richmond County Library staff and funding for these books was provided by the RCC/Richmond County Friends of the Library.
