BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
In accordance with Section 15.2-2204 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 as amended and pursuant to Sections 15.22310 and 15.2-2316.8 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 as
amended, the Richmond County Board of Supervisors
hereby gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held
starting at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, February 10, 2022 in
the Richmond County Public Meeting Room, 101 Court
Circle, Warsaw, Virginia 22572 to receive public comment on the following:

Application from Virginia Electric and Power
Company for a Special Exception Permit in order
to allow for a Utility Scale Solar Power Facility
to be located on Tax Map Parcels 39-36, 40-4,
40-17 and 40-22.
Consideration of a Solar Siting Agreement between Virginia Electric and Power Company and
the Board of Supervisors of Richmond County,
Virginia.

The application/agreement may be viewed in person at
the Richmond County Administrator’s Office at 101 Court
Circle, Warsaw, Virginia 22572 between 9:00 a.m. and
5:00 p.m.
